Choosing the right package for seasonal and retail roles

Match the package to the duties of each retail role. For seasonal cashiers, sales-floor associates, and other short-term hires, choose the Seasonal Retail Basic Package. Its database and registry searches can return in as little as five minutes, which suits high-volume seasonal hiring.

For year-round employees, stockroom hires, and shift leads, choose the Standard Retail Hire Package. It adds county and federal criminal records to the Basic searches. If the role includes deliveries or driving a company vehicle, choose the Retail Driver Package, which adds MVR driving history.

For store managers and assistant managers, choose the Retail Manager Package. It adds two employment verifications and bankruptcy, lien, and judgment searches, used where the role makes them relevant and applicable law allows.
